Event Styling

About: Whether it be a wedding, birthday or corporate event – all need a stylish touch to make them unforgettable! Event styling varies from a complete coordination since the services focus directly on the decorating portion of the event as opposed to coordinating every last detail (budget, photographer, cuisine, etc.). People seek out an event stylist for various reasons: the budget does not allow for the cost a coordinator; the overall details can be handled but the decor is time consuming and tedious; you don’t know where to even begin on styling an event (this happens the most!); and lastly, an event stylist can not only save time, effort and stress from the decorating standpoint, but also save money in many areas. Styling also comes in many forms – some people need ideas and plans to help them decorate their own event, others need a stylist to be there from conception to execution – for all needs there is an answer and professional assistance!

Pricing: Varies according to budget, type of event, guest count and type of services required. Below is a generalization of pricing and terms, but each event is unique and final prices can only be quoted on a per event basis.

  • Styling Consultation – $250; includes initial 2 hour meeting, 3 hours of follow-up advice, color/theme/product/style board, and vendor suggestions.
  • Day-Of Styling – $500; includes overseeing your events hired design crew to ensure that all decor is properly executed before and after event, initial 2 hours meeting, unlimited emails and phone calls.
  • Complete Event Styling – $1,000; includes initial 2 hour meeting, unlimited emails and phone calls, design and style conception and execution, day of event styling (from beginning to end), vendor suggestions, and color/theme/product/style board.

Day-Of Event Coordination

About: A Day-Of Coordinator (DOC) is the person that will be trusted to execute your wedding or event – beginning to end – to every last detail. Often, although the name implies differently, a DOC will begin working with the client weeks in advanced to their event – gathering imperative information that is crucial to an events execution. Unlike a full-service coordinator, a DOC is for clients who have completed the majority of planning themselves, but when the date arrives, they prefer to hand over the responsibilities to a professional whom will execute all of their hard work flawlessly. Often there are many details that can be overlooked during an event, and the DOC is there to ensure that everything operates smoothly and efficiently so that the client, guests, friends and family will have a fabulous and memorable day.

  • Day-Of Coordinator Wedding Fee – $850, 10-149 Guests
  • Day-Of Coordinator Wedding Fee – $1,400, 150+ Guests
  • Day-Of Coordinator Corporate Event Fee – $650, 10-149 Guests
  • Day-Of Coordinator Corporate Event Fee – $1,000, 150+ Guests
